I love being able to have all editing capabilities at my fingertips, but my goal is to keep your images as authentic as possible. But it is nice to know that if something pops up or you want something changed, we have the ability to do that.

I’ve seen my fair share and am ready for whatever comes!
You already know this but
Two is better than one!
I try very hard to not be just another photographer.
I carry two cameras on me, each with a different lens. One that gets the wide shots (the wide venue or garden shots) and a telephoto lens that zooms in from far away (to get those detail shots without being in people’s faces). It helps me be sneaky and get those candid moments while not being noticed.
That way, you will have a wide variation images you recieve back, and I can work quicker to get that variety so there is little time of me stopping the flow of the day.
The telephoto lens will be your best friend, I can give you intimate moments from a distance while still getting close up images, and also make the background pop out and appear larger. See examples of this below.

Want formal pictures on another day?
Take a day, just the two of you, to go somewhere stunning and get the most unique and beautiful imagery.
These can be used as prints for your wedding if you do it before the big day (and do a private first look at this session!)
Or this can be a day after your wedding (where you don’t care as much about getting the dress a dirty) and get goreous images for your home. And get to wear that dress again!
I have a list of dozens of epic locations in Utah, as well as resources to find several options in other areas.
Just add an hour to your wedding package!
LOCATION EXPERT
I’ve taken time to practice shooting in a variety of places, beautiful AND ugly. No matter where we are at your venue, we can make any location look good.
Schedule the pictures that are most important to you closer to sunrise or sunset! This will greatly impact your outdoor images. If indoors, that natural sunlight throgh a window is our friend!

Just add an hour to whatever package you need! This is a great time to get spectacular images for your save-the-dates and a great chance for us to meet before the big day.
You can fly to me and shoot in one of the many amazing Utah locations, or fly me to you for an added travel fee.
