What you need to know
This is one of my favorites! Gorgeous red rock and a fun short hike to any gorgeous view. Layers of peaking red stone surrounded by towering walls and red petrified sand dunes. And has a geology surprise at the top of my favorite spot! Parking can be limited deending on the time of day and time of year.
Best time to visit is spring and fall. Winter can be chilly but sometimes great because it’s not busy.
