Megan is tremendously skilled. I fell in love with her work the minute I came across her account on instagram and she was the first thing we made sure to lock in for our plans.
My partner and I really wanted dreamy shots of us for our wedding that captured details and the landscape in a way that felt magical; Megan did just that. We ran into some scheduling conflicts right before our shoot and Megan was kind enough to work through it with us so we didn’t feel any distress.
She is fast and easy going and you can tell she knows exactly what she’s doing. She gives great direction for poses and her editing skills are the icing on the cake. As a plus size woman I can get self conscious about how things will come together and she does just enough directing and editing to eliminate those trouble areas while not over working them so that you still look and feel like yourself. She also worked wonderfully with our 2 dogs, and she was able to get lots of great photos of us with them despite them running around and playing most of the time.
The lighting is also beautiful in every photo, but that part should be no surprise either. We could not be more thankful for the outcome of our shoot.

I don’t even know where to begin because our experience with The Light Seeker was truly above and beyond in every way imaginable.

I’ve always had such a deep connection with nature and light, and I love having a way share that with others. I don’t just photograph elopements, I want to shape them into memories worthy of becoming artwork.

You already know this but
Two is better than one!
I try very hard to not be just another photographer. I LOVE what I do and want to make your experience as fun and valuable as possible.
For example, one of the ways I do this is carrying two cameras on me, each with a different lens. One that gets the wide shots, and a zoom lens (to get those detail shots without being in your face).
That way, you will have a wide variation images you recieve back, and we can work quickly to get different shots and I can work quickly so there is little time of me stopping the flow of the day.
The telephoto lens will be your best friend, I can give you intimate moments from a distance while still getting close up images, and also make the background pop out and appear larger. See an example of this below.
